People make or break a Mobile Home Park. We’ve got a good park because we’ve got good people - good tenants and good service providers/contractors who are only a phone call away.

WHO are the TENANTS ?

Adults, mostly in or approaching their senior years, who:

• have a strong sense of community
• help their fellow neighbours when needed
• display pride of ownership
• pay their share of municipal taxes and water testing charges
• mow their lawns and plow their driveways
• have converted their homes away from oil, leaving no oil tanks in the Park.
